Wahoo! Its New Year's Day, 1 January, 2007!
Whole family went down to Mac's today for a McDonald's Breakfast. For some reason, everyone ordered Hotcakes, so there wasn't much variety. (personally i don't think the breakfast was worth it, coz hotcakes are a load of flour and cost 3.20 each. and the maple syrup + margarine aren't even healthy.) but it did make for a refreshing change from the bland old eggs + bread kind of breakfast i'm used to :)

then went shopping at parkway for stuff. My mum kept asking what there was to buy. (I need to remind myself to look at the pack list) but we bought stuff anyway.

couldn't find a place to eat at parkway, so my family went home. had yellow noodles + prawn + meatballs instead. wasn't too bad i guess. dad commented that it was rare that our whole family had lunch at home..

then whole afternoon was spent on uni essays. I knew I should have done them earlier! don't even know if they'll still consider me given my late submission. *after hours of revision and finalisation* I submitted all my applications.

I hope at least one is successful (most likely Cornell) but I'm telling myself I won't be too disappointed if I don't get in. There IS more to life than overseas universities anyway.

I've got this lump stuck in my esophagus and no matter how much water i drink it doesn't seem to go down..

random thoughts and stuff:
i play neopets! (seriously);a certain friend plays badminton with me every wk, and always wins; i have a really nice sister! =);i actually prefer school days to holidays (ie now); i think my blog is quite ugly...

i think having a nice peaceful job would be cool
no stress

its been long since i've posted hehe so i thought i'd do so today!
what should i blog about?
hmm, i'm not a blabber mouth so i won't say everything and anything
but
i really think the end of jc life is the start of the new beginning
been doing: a lot of random cips, uni applications, and some pt
i think i'm getting better at badminton already =)
yay!
n i'm beginning to really enjoy doing cip too! why? meeting cool ppl, being inspired, helping others
n of course, to make up for the lack of cip during my jc days.
i think its never too late

live in the moment!
i can say this, but can i do it? perhaps the first challenge is the hardest to overcome: making myself fit (MuchMUCH more fit than i am now. i am a wreck)

well this post is sortof random i know. i need to organise my thoughts a bit.
