Pathology...

...is terribly boring. But sometimes interesting descriptions perk me up.
  • Concentric laminated thickening of intima or media – onion skinning in hyperplastic arteriolosclerosis
  • Watery Diarrhoea causing Hypokalemia and Achlorydia - WDHA syndrome
  • "Sugar icing"appearance of spleen during portal hypertension - copied in lecture notes
  • And my personal favorite is asthma:
What do u think are... Charcot leyden crystals?.... ..Derivatives of eosinophil granules?
Creola bodies?... ..clusters of necrotic epithelial cells? Curschman spirals?... ..mucus plugs?
